President of the Republic, Field Marshal Omer Al-Bashir, اhas given directives to the Darfur Regional Authority to unite and intensify efforts in coordination with the States in order to implement the Doha Peace Document and to maintain security and peace in the area.

The Armed Forces has strongly rejected the threats of South Sudan government to make its army invade Abyei, stating that entry of Sudan Army in the area was necessitated by the complete control of South Sudan army on Abyei.
